Hello, I was about to complete the Expert Reviewer badge and after 23rd May 2022 it was changed to Novice reviewer. Please see the attached screenshot. Along with this change all my tags were lost.
Is this a bug, what about my previous achievements being lost?
Is there a tech support function that can help ?
Here is some help.
I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 172 reviews and only 5 of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)
Read about typical review guideline violations here.
If you are on a Desktop use this link to Count your hidden contributions. From a mobile device use this link.
If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this post.
Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Please read Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, make a reply to request your account also be investigated.
The hidden reviews explain why your badge level went down.
Best of luck
Morten
Quite a few of your photos are also hidden. From the not hidden photos it is clear that your are not aware of all the guidelines for photos.

Thank you sir.
Thank you sir, I will go through the information.
It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
Thanks for your pm.
Liking your own reviews is a sure way to get sanctioned. So it is good you stopped doing so. Please also remove if any are left.
Google Maps is multi language so we don’t need to manually translate to or from English. Write in the language you are most comfortable with and normally using the Local language will be more helpful for Maps users in your area. The text will then automatically be translated to the language selected by the Maps users.
Cheers
Morten
