Expert Reviewer Stuck

Hi all. Some of my ‘badge’ qualifications as a Maps contributor / Local Guide, have been “stuck” for quite some time now. For example, to gain the Expert Reviewer badge, it has been showing that I need to complete 15 more reviews with over 200 characters for ages – and I’ve added several detailed reviews meeting this criteria going on a year now and nothing has changes

I have got a doubt,how did you get that level 8 badge on your profile with that green icon?

As shown above you need another 9.333 points to reach level 8.
