Under the Expert Reviewer badge, I have added additional reviews with over 200 characters but my count under Helpfulness is stuck at 38. I have contributed at least 3 reviews that were not counted. It is holding me back from levelling up to Master Reviewer.

I have the same problem. My count is stuck at 21. Did you find any solution to the helpfulness count being stuck even when you are posting the reviews more than 200 characters. Strange thing about this bug is that the points get credited but the count is stuck at 21 for me.
