Modern life is too busy to have some romantic moments with your life partner or any significant one. When life in Dhaka is such a hectic one with all day work and traffic people search for a peaceful place to hang out during the weekends. Some people try to avoid long journeys and yet expect an executive treatment for their stay. I guess as a new resort and being not too far from the Dhaka, Ratnadeep Resort serves that purpose. It also serves as the most exclusive resort in the northern part of the country.
My journey was not as part of a romantic date or weekend hangout. I visited there for an official purpose. But, I regret wish I have done that before. It is one of the most organized resort I have ever seen. I have enough space to accommodate a big hall room for the concert and other programs, a big lake with fountains in it, several executive suites and many rooms. But they don’t have cottages or playing ground. Rather they cover it up with the view of the Padma River. They offer those boat trips and other road trips to look around the historical places in the northern part of Bangladesh.
Foods are really good here and they offer both buffet and ala-carte menu. For the couple, they offer to serve in the seating area which is in the middle of the lake. The main building for the deluxe rooms little higher for the deluxe rooms at 100 USD. You should and you have to bargain for the price to make it half or near half. I would advise book earlier and look for the occasional offers.
