Milkissimo Gelato opened a few years ago and has so far managed to please a majority of it’s customers. With at 5/5 on Yelp and 4.9/5 on Google Reviews, I decided to give it a try and I could really see why it was rated so high. The owner is from Italy and immigrated here 4 years ago to share legitimate gelato. He doesn’t cheap out on any of his products and is very humble. Covid-19 has been tough on small businesses, including this one, so if you get the chance to visit, please stop by!

Wow… I could see a photo with three scoops gelato in a cone along with the whipped cream.

Their scoops were huge! My favorite flavors were hazelnut, stracciatella, and Julian’s cookie and cream (their #1 best seller that day).
I specifically like the hazelnut one because a lot of ice cream places that offer it as a flavor have a powdery residue afterwards from the ground up hazelnut if they used natural ingredients. However, this shop targeted that issue and found a way to create an amazing hazelnut flavor with no residue!

I’ve added this gelato shop as my “want to go” list whenever I come back to California someday to enjoy a good gelato like you did without going too far to Italy
