Excellent crispy, crunchy and tasty snack Namkeen (नमकीन ). Today my wife made by this crispy “NAMKEEN”. every day my home tea time best crispy, crunchy & tasty snack namkeen love all my Family Member. this Namkeen made very simple . This delicious tea time snacks recipe that is normally prepared during every indian or nepalese (terai Region) tea time.

add salt, ajwain and oil to the flour & start kneading. Roll the kneading flour cuts perpendicular to other cuts, cuts on hot oil & ready by excellent crispy, crunchy and tasty snack Namkeen (नमकीन ).
