Evening brunch dahi kachori English name is curd kachori
This brunch have taken by me recently this evening
Delicious experience and this shop have taken into my brunch list on my google map list
Dahi kachori is small brunch kachori is cousin brother of meat ball
And
Dahi means curd put into one bowl put pomigranet and Sev(special fry material)
So delicious evening today

Thank you for sharing this meals with us, the first one looks like chickpeas.
When it comes to pomegranate, in countries like Bulgaria and Turkey, in some regions people put some syrup of this same fruit, which gives a kind of sourness and acidity to the whole taste - very delicious!
Did you make these meals by yourself?
Looks very interesting brunch @Jimit_rathod so does the raw kachori go deep red in color when cooked?

I went to the dahikachori shop for the amazing delicious experience
Yeah the item in pic which look like chickpeace is kachori
Curd pomigranet kachori Sev all mix together in one bowl make Ur mouth so delicious full of taste
@AdamGT yeah dahi kachori is my favourite brunch
Kachori fry into the edible oil yes it partially turn into red when fry it and become crispy
Curd kachori all together made my evening very delicious
