Come together Meeting (for those who come the day before) September 20.
We will have a European Meet Up in Kraków. All people from Europe are invited to join this outstanding Meet Up. We will discover the Kings Town of Poland via an Scavenger Hunt. For sure we will visit as well Weliczka Salt Mine. Meet Up between 20. and 23. of September. All people are invited to discover the Central Europe history!

Hotel and travel reservation has to been organised and financed by yourself. Within the next weeks we will give you advices about travel planning.
Poland (as well the Baltic Sea Region the Center and the South) is worth a trip for sure. So, if you already plan to come to join the meeting, have a look on the posts about Poland in the next weeks. There is so much beautiful to discover. Nature, culture, hstory, religion…

Attention: Kraków is a old historical town. In case we will have participants with accessibility challenges we will change some meeting points and the exploration route!

I encourage you to stay longer in Poland. In case you are not able to join us all the time, join us on the places at the given time.
As I cannot take over any financial risk, most events and visits are based on individual prices. Best way of communication in Kraków is public transport http://www.mpk.krakow.pl/en/
From the airport to the down town and back you have different opinions. Anyway I would suggest the train.

The cars to Weliczka and Ausschwitz will go from the main train station in Kraków.
Please book the hotel via known internet platforms. I will not promote a special one. You can stay from hostels to 4+ Star Hotels. Make sure it is not to far from the center!
Money: The Polish Zloty (PLN) is not such stable as other European currencies. So, payment with Euro is as well not possible. The change rate is from place to place quite different and not always credit cards are excepted. The change rate at the Center is normally the best. It is alway good to have some Polish Zloty with you. Some prices will surprise you in both directions.
