I checked inspect element on the Connect Live 2019 page and it seems there is some errors loading content.
Specifically it seems it can not load the submission application.
It would be great if someone from Google can check and fix so we can submit our applications.

Hi,
I have trouble signing in on the Connect Live 2019 page and submitting my application.
https://maps.google.com/localguides/event/connectlive
When I try to sign in, the page just reloads and nothing happens. Again I see the sign in button. It seams that the page can not load the actual form where i need to fill out and submit my application.
I have tried different browsers, cleared history, cleared cookies…but its the same.
I am successfully logged in here in Local Guides Connect and also on Google Maps.
But when i click on “Please Sign in” button on https://maps.google.com/localguides/event/connectlive nothing happens, the page just reloads.
Can you please help me solve this issue so I can submit my application for Connect Live 2019.
Here is the info from inspect element of the page when I click sign in.

Make sure to be logged on with your Local Guide account when you apply.

Like many other I have the same problem signing in to the Connect Live 2019 website.
@GeorgesHR , if this cannot be solved, could an alternative registration method be made available - e.g. send an answer to all the questions via an email to an email address of the organizers . (I have my answers prepared in a Word document).
Like many here, I would hate to miss the deadline.
Please keep us in the loop!
Cheers
Hermes

That is a great suggestion @Hermes_van_Amstel
If the problem can not be solved in time, we can send our application via email, or maybe a google doc’s form.
Even if we are not accepted, it wouldn’t be fair not to participate due to a website error.

@brittym
the post from @mitcome appears to be older and with a different issue. Can you please separate it from this thread?
