Hi Good People. Trust you are all well wherever you find yourself on this beautiful day. Please assist me,i have been trying to load pictures over the last few days. I have been unable to do so. Please find attached screen shot of the message. Could someone please share with me how do i overcome or prevent such messages. Your help is greatly appreciated. Take care.

Is your file over 3MB in size? If so, do reduce the size before uploading to Connect. You can use https://squoosh.app/

Hi @Tinky1

Your image have an invalid Jpg marker. Where is your image coming from: Your phone, your Camera, or an editing software?

You should save your image on another format, then save to jpeg again, so to reinstate the proper markers

Hi Ermest.

Thank you for your response. All the pictures that i have posted are taken with a cell phone and have been stored on the cell phone. Some pictures are able to download,whilst others are unable to download. I will try your suggestion. Much appreciated.

I briefly viewed the links you shared.

I tried the compressing format. The picture is then downloaded as a link instead of a picture, i cant save it in the gallery section in order to up load as originally planned. I will continue playing around, thank you for your assistance.

Iam still new,the solution will avail shortly. Take care.

Thought id share some feedback. I found it easier to send the pictures to my wife on whatsap, the pictures were then sent back to me via whatsap. The pictures were easier to work with thereafter.

No hassle whats so ever.

Well done. Probably WhatsApp re-coded the photo, fixing the issue. Thank you for the feedback, I’m taking note of it
