Tengo una pregunta: os ha ocurrido a algun@ que os ha bajado la puntuación que teníais?
Acabo de ver que tengo 77.860 puntos, cuando ya había superado los 86.000.
Además, la actualización de la nueva interfaz de Google Maps es poco intuitiva, que pensáis?

About your question, normally points can be lost due to two main reasons, first it can be depending of your setting for Google’s My Activity. Please have a look there to check your settings if you marked to keep your activity, otherwise activity is deleted and points are dropped as well. You can read more about that on this article: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?
If your activity is OK then another reason might be if some of your contributions are determined to be in a violation of the content policy, our filter running automatically in background marked them as private and you lost your points because of this.
If you feel that your contributions are all legitimate and you didn’t see anything removed from it then you can tag a Google moderator here to check if your account might be experiencing some issues.
About the new Maps update that’s very cool, of course it will be confusing at the first use but that’s normal when approaching new changed layouts like this update. You can use the search function above to find other posts discussing about the new layout.

La verdad es que soy un Guía Local que se toma muy en serio todo lo que hago y además lo vivo con mucha ilusión. Veo día tras día mis progresos y eso me anima a continuar.
Podéis ver cuales son mis estadísticas, creo que los números hablan por si solos, más de 12.000 fotos subidas, más de 500 reseñas, multitud de sitios nuevos creados, incluso vías que no venían en Google Maps, respuestas a las preguntas de otros Guias Locales y más de 300 vídeos.
Llevo varios años tomándome muy en serio lo de ser Guía Local y de pronto ver que me baja la puntuación, es difícil de entender para mí.
Realmente creo que podría ser algún filtro que ha interpretado mal cualquiera de mis reseñas o fotos añadidas, pero nada más lejos de mis intenciones infringir alguna de las políticas establecidas.
Por todo esto y porque mi deseo es seguir con la misma ilusión y voluntad como hasta ahora, me gustaría fuese revisada mi puntuación, agradeciendo de antemano vuestra gran labor como moderadores.
