Error in "Thank ypu for your report" email

I received this Thanks for my report:

But my report is not about “156-174 Carnarvon St”, al though that location is in my city.

My report is in Review. I hope this does not affect the implementation of my correction to routing!

Is there a way to follow up and correct this, or clarify that my report is not about Carnarvon St?

My thought on this is that if you feel that your initial report may have been taken wrongly, you add a further report and mention words along the lines "Regarding the report I made on (date) about … I just want to clarify that while 156-174 Carnarvon St is in my city, my report is specifically about … "

I would try the initial road fix again. This time make a screenshot proving where you selected the issue to be on the map. And a screenshot of the resulting email.
