when google sends me ‘google guide’ information and requests, to assist with maps, it opens “maps preview” but the app is always covered with data that does not disappear. I cannot complete the tasks any more. android samsung phablet.I don’t know how attach screenshot

You could try clear cache and data for the app in settings / apps / apps / Maps / Storage.
If that doesn’t help you could try reinstalling Google maps.

The data will not disappear, @macinbrisbane , and you should not posting a screenshot, because this is against the agreement you signed.
This post itself is against the NDA you signed.
