One and half cup besan, one cup water and one spoon lemon juice mix it take care there shouldn’t any lump, after 10 minutes add eno packet and mix it. Use flat pot oil it then pore mixture . Put one pot on gass for boil water then take flat mixture pot on that boil water for 15 minutes ! Dhokla is ready
