The Pengger pine forest is one of the places you must visit if you travel to Yogyakarta. This pine forest is located on a plateau, precisely on the hill of Pengger in Sendangsari Hamlet, Terong, Dlingo, Bantul. Access to get there is not too difficult, from the direction of the city of Yogyakarta going up slightly towards the hill Pathuk Gunungkidul then turning south. The road to get there is wide and paved quite smoothly.

This tourist attraction was previously a forest for the production of pine resin, which was tapped for industrial raw materials.
