I started petanque 15 years ago (2004 '), my friends clewed me to be invited.The flow of the game was simple, I enjoyed playing with my friends. However, after three years, I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I could not get a prize at the Games. This is “I can not win unless I do it seriously.” I thought so. Then I started practicing everyday.Two years later, I was able to win in the local competition. I am teaching beginners now.
I have been invited several times to go to the La Provence region. However, when I played with French players who came to Japan, they are very strong and can not win. If I go to France, I’m surely getting a big shock and I will feel down. Just enjoying it in Japan is enough.
