I did Paragling during the Summer vacation. And I recommend the course I enjoyed to a traveler who goes around alone!
Danyang is a very small city, so you can step by there one day when you visit Gyeongju or Busan (The famous cities in Gyeongsangdo) from Seoul or somewhere.
But it was very beautiful to see a peaceful river and also you can enjoy paragling at there by reasonable price!
They have many social events or coupons so you can get go-pro video shot during the flying as a gift if you do reservation from some of websites.

And also they have a lot of guest houses for travelers and some of there held their parties for guests at peak season. You can also enjoy it.
