As a Google local guide, I always liked to add a missing place to Google Maps. Whenever I find a good location, I will go to Google Maps to see if there are photos of this location. If there is none, I will add a missing place.
22 May 2020, I got An E-mail from Google maps: Your edit of Toronto Islands has been accepted.
Toronto Islands are made up of 15 small Islands in a beautiful setting with views of the vast lake Ontario to the south. Enjoy the beautiful Toronto skyline to the north. All Local Guides guys are welcome to visit Toronto. You won’t be disappointed to visit the Toronto Islands!
Comprising the only group of islands in the western part of Lake Ontario, the Toronto Islands are located just offshore from the city’s downtown and provide shelter for Toronto Harbour. The islands are home to parkland, the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, several yacht clubs, Centreville Amusement Park, a residential area, and several beaches. The island community is considered to be the largest urban car-free community in North America, although some service vehicles are permitted. Access to the Islands is by ferry, including the City of Toronto ferries operating from Jack Layton Ferry Terminal at the foot of Bay Street, or by water taxis.
Ferries leave the city from the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal, located at the foot of Bay Street at Queens Quay. There are three ferry services to Centre Island, to Ward’s Island and to Hanlan’s Point.
@JiaqingPan beautiful photos and great place, congratulations on that contribution … it would be good to post a link for all of us to see on Google Maps.

Thanks for tagging me. Toronto looks so amazing and now I really want to visit. All of your photos are so beautiful and really showcases the city. I’d love to take a city ferry. How long do they cruise around? What are the prices?
I also love the photo of Olympic Island Park where the seats are. Just to take a break and sit around and enjoy that view. Looks really stunning!
