Enhancing the VanLife Experience

The 43K miles in my 2018 Google Timeline were logged entirely in my Sprinter Van criss crossing all those fantastic, large Western US states. I do have what I would call a home base, but genuinely live in my van for 20-30 weeks each year enjoying and experiencing the most beautiful and precious remote places. Road travel is snow, and in that way much closer to the locals, from the cutie pie serving coffee at 4am in the middle of Idaho to the beastly athletes at the gyms in LA. While many of the places I’ve seen and shared are geological, ecological and/or biological wonders, it’s the people I’ve met along the way that make the trip special. In that way, I am passionate about sharing my #vanlife so that others can enjoy the best gyms, natural food co-ops, parks, beaches, and trailheads out there on the snail trail on roads less travelled. “Two roads diverged in a wood and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.” - Robert Frost
