Email notification problem

Hi. I have an email notification problem. In my local guide parameters, all email fields are checked (perks, contributions, news & product updates and research and feedback). But I never receive a single email related to the local guide program (you know, the emails that are from “noreply-”). For example, I reached many new levels, but didn’t receive emails about this. It is like this since more than a month.

I remember I once unsubscribed from all notifications in the past, a few years ago. But now they are all checked and it doesn’t seem to make them come back.

Is there some other parameter elsewhere that I need to check?

Besides the emails you suspect you don’t receive, do you get other notification emails? Or none at all? Do you get notified if I replied to this post?

The notifications of crossing a certain level may not always be sent, as I remember some did not get it, but I can’t be certain.

I do receive some notifications :

  • The ones received after I “suggest an edit” (approved or pending)
  • The ones from Local Guides Connect (yes, I got notified when you replied to my post)

adjustments do not always happen immediately. It may take time.

I sometimes watch points every day. But I know that not every day I add information. and I see that the points grow, sometimes very much, even when I did nothing.

Perhaps your information is being checked. And points will come later.
