Hi @Vikhim I received mine this morning.

Looking at the covid-19 situations, I think there may be delays.

Mine has also not arrived yet. But I think it is pretty normal to be a few days into the month before it arrives. 10 days in is not unusual.

PS Please remove the Danish tag on your post since you are not using the Danish language.

Thanks for reaching out. In addition to what others have said, please try checking your spam folder. There is a chance it could be there.

Also, please check this post about Temporary product changes in Google Maps from the Head of Local Guides.

P.S. I am going to remove the Danish language tag from your post. These types of labels are used so that posts in different languages can be foind more easily by Local Guides. You can learn more about language tags in this article. Also, in case you ever need to edit your post, you can do it from the three dots.

I haven’t received my April updates yet which I await for and also I didn’t receive my March Updates as well. I checked my spam folder for the March update but it is empty.

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend opening your gmail (the same one you use with Local Guides) and search for noreply-maps-timeline@google.com.

I would also visit https://accounts.google.com/ and verify your privacy settings there allow you to get emails from Google and also your Local Guides settings at https://maps.google.com/localguides/home.

Also, please check this post about the Temporary product changes in Google Maps from the Head of Local Guides. Due to the current situation, it is expected that there might be some delays.
