My account was mistakenly blocked, but at now it is now unlocked. But all the notifications from Google Maps are not arriving any more on my Gmail (Your photos set a new record; Your reviews on Google set a new record and etc.) or my Google Maps on Android.
and my spam folders is empty. Almost a 3 months has passed when account unlock, but the new letters from Google Maps never arrived

Would you mind trying to unmark all the checkboxes, save the changes and mark them again? Please also keep in mind that not all Local Guides will receive this emails at the same time. My personal account - level 7, receives these email in rare occasions.
Yes, I did try to remove ticks from those fields, save changes and turn it all back up but doing so makes no difference
You are saying not everyone receives such notification. I have asked my acquaintances and other users from different countries if they receive such notifications and messages and all of them receive them regularly, those are not rare notifications.
Notifications stop coming after accidental blocks. You can even see from my history that I used to receive them regularly before my account’s termination once a week. I no longer receive them after my account’s termination
