Today in Christmas day it’s a tradition to heat the left overs from yesterday’s supper, and as it is easy for not cooking for a day the flavors become stronger and more delicious, for example we ate apple salad, Potato salad, mexican red rice, mole (a tipical dish from Puebla and Oaxaca made with a variety of chocolate and chiles, Viscaine Cod, Romeritos with dry Shrimp Tortitas, stuffed loin with raisins, almonds, marinated pork leg, taquitos, Chilaquiles, and various desserts.
With a crunchy recently ovened bread, suddenly heaven is in our hands, Merry Christmas.
