Eiffel Tower - My 5 best photos

Today I woke up with the intention of sharing my 5 best photos I took when I visited the Eiffel Tower; it is really a coincidence I wrote this post on its 131st anniversary, I noticed that just before concluding, and had to edit the introduction, the text that follows does remain as I wrote it from the beginning.

I visited the Tower on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 12:30 pm, as it is shown on my ticket. It usually happens that, when I do tourism, the weather is the best and unexpected, this time Paris was no exception. In that season, the city is usually cold and rainy; however, when I was in the waiting line, suddenly the clouds cleared and the sun shined. The entire tour that I took, approximately 3 hours, was with good weather, which helped my photos be better. That day I was trying to capture unconventional photos and, in my opinion, the next ones are the best I got. Not a professional photographer, I don’t have a camera, I only used my phone.

1. From a lower corner upwards at noon: Being inside, the sun and the trees highlight its beauty:

2. Column of the tower from the second level: Its structure caught so much my attention that I wanted to capture all details, so I brought the phone closer to a column, focusing towards the top of the Tower and this is what I got:

3. From a side of the second level to the base: I put the phone out of the Tower and captured what’s around it. If you look at the bottom of the photo, you can see its two legs.

4. From a corner of the second level towards the base: The same idea as the previous bullet, but now you can see a complete leg (in the middle) and two half legs (corners of the photo):

5. From a lower corner upwards at the end of the tour: Similar idea to first bullet, but it was in the afternoon and among more branches:

I hope you liked my photos, surely I’m not the first to have taken on that angles, but I wanted to share mine. I appreciate your attention and invite you to review my other post, in which I show 2 more photos of the Tower and 2 other places. If you want, you can leave your comments, I will read them with pleasure.

Hi @Juan_Alvarez

Thanks for sharing. I like your photos a lot, especially the ones from the top of the Eiffel Tower. And you were lucky to have such a clear view.

Was this your first visit to Paris in general? How did you enjoy the city? I’ve also been there and to me it’s a really beautiful city, like most French cities. I didn’t manage to go on to of the Eiffel Tower as the queue was too big and too much to wait.
