It consists of slices of lamb
with some spices and cooked on coal, it takes alot of time before preparing it … And a few places make it professionally where its very tasty and smells good and that smell captures your mind, nose and Soul.
So, one day if you want to try special dish at Egypt !?! go to big and famous restaurant like Sobhy Kaber and order it., you will not regret forever.

Thank you for sharing this delicious photo with us. I can imagine how tasty this kebab is and the smell of the coal is yet to add another flavor! In Morocco, where I grew up, there is a special spice with cumin used for kebab, is it the case in Egypte as well?
