Hi @Marschan ,

Thank you for this delicious post. I really do love eggs Benedict, but it’s very difficult to find a place that is preparing them properly. Are they popular in Hong Kong?

香港の追いしそうな料理の写真をシェアして頂きありがとうございます。

香港はパンがとても美味しいので私のたまに香港に食べに行きます。

フワフワのパンはとてもソフトでミルクティがとても良く合いますね。

Hello! @Sorbe .

Hong Kong is a gourmet paradise, it is easy to find a good restaurant about eggs benedict. Example: Aberdeen Street Social (Sheung Wan), Brunch club & Supper (Wan Chai), Catch (Kennedy Town), Ooloa (Sheung Wan), etc.

Thank you for your reply @Marschan ,

This is definitely a valid reason for me to visit Hong King then. If you have to suggest other things that are a must to try there in terms of food or specialities which ones would you recommend?

Hello! @955HIRO

The restaurant, is a very early Hong Kong tea room. It also can be said to be alive Hong Kong Museum. •
The bread called 菠蘿油. Neri soft, surface crunchy, put a piece of fresh butter and make this bread with very thick butter fragrance. •
Tea is Hong Kong style milk tea, taste especially strong, with a variety of different tea to mix, and then use high temperature of boiling water to forced out the tea taste. It is extraordinary to other countries.
Thank you to visit the Hong Kong, and deep into the views of Hong Kong’s culture.

I think too many foods must try in Hong Kong:

Sea food in Hong Kong Sai Kung, various live fishes can be cooked in steam.

Chinese tea house with Dim Sum in Lin Heung, don’t eat too much in one time because too many types of Dim Sums are the foreigners love to try.

Hong Kong style milk tea (very strong) is very popular, can taste with Egg Tart and Pineapple Buns with a piece of fresh butter.

Don’t miss Victoria Harbour, it is a invincible scenery in Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour Terminal (many first class restaurants there: Cantonese, Chinese, Japanese, USA, UK, French, Italian…).

Hey @Marschan ,

It looks like a super interesting melting pot of cuisine from all over the World. Thank you very much for your tips and your suggestions. I hope that this could be helpful even for the other Local Guides who want to visit Hong Kong one day.

Yes, Hong Kong is a city of cultural exchanges between East and West and it has been more than a hundred years old. Plus the status is special, so there is this result as you mentioned.

The restaurants of Tsim Sha Tsui Ocean Terminal are the best place but their prices are certainly not the best. So when you look for food, you can compare the food and the price. Generally, there will be the menu in front of the entrance, which can be compared.
