@BorrisS Yes, Gujarat is knows as the foodie state of India. You will enjoy both Veg and Non-Veg options here along with varieties of egg dishes.
The above dish Anda Thikhara is made with boiled eggs with a gravy includes garlic, onion, green chillies, corriendor, and few dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
I am good at cooking but this time I didn’t make it. We enjoyed at local street food place.
