To me, it looks like a mix between an omelette and a pan cake. I love the simplicity of the ingredients and the way of preparation, I’m sure to try it at home as soon as possible!
Is this dish mainly served for breakfast? Is there a special sauce that goes with it?
Have you ever tried to make this egg roti with some meat in it?

@BorrisS Hey brother thanks for the love . Yes u r right. It’s a type of pan cake mixed with few veggies. It’s not a typical breakfast item . You can also have it as an evening snack.
