GOMBE (ETF-CERC)
ETF-CERC was established in the year 2002 by education trust fund (ETF), with the sole purpose of providing formal vocational training to the people of the region, to reduce illiteracy. Same centre was created in the selected states representing each of the six geopolitical zones of the country Nigeria, Gombe centre was commission on the 14th April, 2008

This library section of the centre its divided into two- the main library and E-library. Some of the funtions of this unit are:Teaching Library organizations: service and relationship between divisions in libraries,iii. Cataloguing and classification of library materials,v. The types and functions of statistical records in libraries.etc
