Since the 24th of March all my edits start going into pending. Some edits are showing pending even when Google approved it and you will still see pending or under review. On the 25th everything stop working need advice on this. Is Google passing through updates. Anyone facing this same issues? @MortenCopenhagen please advice.

Some of the edits I made have changed but I’m showing Pending in my edit section from 24th March till now. Now the name of the place or category that is showing is the same where my suggestion showing the word "Google review your suggestion… "

Other customers are facing this same issues but the Google moderator is working to see how the can resolve this problem just be patient everything will be resolve as soon as possible.

Edit was not accepted in such cases before.
Don’t worry some edits approve in few hours but some edits can take 1 month also. Wait for some days. If your edits are genuine then your edits will approve soon.

I believe all problems will be fixed. But Edit was not accepted in such cases before & l had no evidence that time.

This matter is not “Approved” or "pending " or “Not Applied”. The problem is that, I suggest, Google change it but Ididn’t get points for that @shikhar20

Must of my edits has being published and receive confirmation immediately it is published and can confirm the system has being fixed thanks to Google moderator .

Hello @MortenCopenhagen I don’t think the bug issue has being resolved completely still facing some edits challenges.
Most of my edits goes to pending since yesterday and today not working all edits goes to pending don’t really understand what is causing it please advice.
Are you facing this similar issue?

I made quite a few edits yesterday, and I believe none of them were falsely notified as pending while actually approved.
I also noticed that more older edits got approved than usual.
I will continue to keep an eye out for this.
Kindly test again and share screenshots of examples with wrong notifications.

Hello Sir @MortenCopenhagen please can you keep us posted with the current issues because my edits stop working and I have being receiving old edits published confirmation but I can’t do a new edits.

There is nothing unusual about edits not getting approved.
This thread is only about edits that get approved while the notifications says pending.
If you still see edits that are approved but the notifications say pending, please share screenshots of such cases.
I no longer see this happening.

The problem of notifications wrongly showing pending while actually approved is long over now.
@NewtonP Is your issue still a problem? I recall earlier discussions that could explain what you saw. If more people suggested the same category, you might not be the one who gets the credit. But the other user got the points.
But it honestly is strange to see a pending edit that suggests the status quo. It makes no sense.
When dealing with Google Maps we will encounter oddities - just don’t get stuck because of them. It is not worth it. In my experience.
