Hello @saeid-mrf
Thanks to dear @MortenCopenhagen for tagging me and sorry for responding a little bit late, but connecting and having a stable connection to Connect is a real problem here because of the limitations!
Indeed “Pending” is not a problem @saeid-mrf
This is clearly stated in the article Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”?
When we have pending edits, we should simply wait till the result, and doing it repetitively only makes the process harder and harder. The smart system needs to check if an edit is true or not and sometimes this can last several weeks, or even several months!
Although, if our edit is in Pending status for more than a month, we can ask for a human review in the Google Maps forum by preparing good evidence of the change and also the screenshot of our edit email.
So about this phone number, you should wait. And I highly recommend avoiding any other edits on this place and letting data be stable so the system has time to check the changes.
Or if it is more than a month (what I don’t think based on your other comments) you can ask in the forum for respective change. Unfortunately, I also can not suggest an edit right now because you have pending edit on it and it is not true to do a repetitive edit. If you were told me firsthand, then I was able to do more than now.
And about the name, what you’re going to add to the name, is totally wrong because it is only one of the products you sell and you’re adding it as a keyword! This is against the guidelines to add descriptions to the name of places. Only a real name without any descriptions could add to the map.
So the current name is true. Although it is also a bit descriptive from my perspective because “Industrial Commerce” is not part of the real name and this phrase even is not visible on the home page of your website, if the company is known by such a phrase, it sounds normal and doesn’t contain too many additional phrases.
Based on this, note that your change 1 month ago was also wrong and if any user changed it to the current name, this change was true. Besides the smart system, good users also check the map regularly and correct wrong data on it. So do not relate all changes to the rivals.
First, consider if an edit was true based on the guidelines of Google Maps or not. Then if the edit was wrong (for example trying to remove a correct and real business from its correct location) it raises the doubt that it could be the spam edits of a badly behaved rival. But not all edits.
