Let me share some delicious dishes from Ecuador

The next picture shows a shrimp salad with green fried plantain. In Ecuador, we have enormous farms of shrimp and we have the opportunity to buy fresh shrimp always.

This dish is called “Cazuela de mariscos” it is a soup prepared with a variety of seafood. Main ingredientes are: shrimp, black shell, green plantain, octopus, prawns and blended peanut. It is one of my favorite dishes!

This dish is called “Encocado de langostinos” it is prepared with pranws, coconut milk, onions and red pepper.

This dish is called “Tapao de pescado” The fish is steam cooked into a plantain leave seasoned with local species!

This dish is very famous and it is called “Ceviche de camarón” It is not similar to peruvian ceviche but is very delicious.
