Hello @Durojaiyeolaunde1 ,

Thanks for sharing your meal and the details how to prepare it. Do you usually eat this dish for breakfast? It sounds like it’s not very hard to make so it will be one of the best choices when you are in a hurry.

Here’s an interesting post that will help you improve your food photography 6 helpful photo tips from Nigerian food blogger Atim Ukoh.

Hello @MoniDi

Let me help you out here.

Making Eba as he said is usually easy. Just boil water and pour some quantity of garri inside the hot water and stir, after few minutes it harden.

It is not easy to make unless you already have a soup that had been prepared prior.

But those that do not like stale food, we usually love to eat this meal as a lunch. It is the best time to take Garri (Eba) and Soup.

Even in boarding schools it is a normal menu for lunch.

I hope I have given a clearer answer to your question @MoniDi

You can also take a look at Eba and discover more from this Post

I look at the picture and do not see the soup.
You can tell me @Austinelewex
what can be seen in the plates is a final product or must be further processed?

The soup is bitter leaf with egusi soup.

Hahahaha @To_paul .

It is not futher processed. See there is misunderstanding here.

The Yorubas (ethnic group) Call Garri EBA. We the Igbos (ethnic group) Call it the actual name which I shared on my wedding guest post.

Here is the picture of made Garri with Egwusi soup from the South East region of Nigeria.

:joy:  :joy:

Feel free to ask anymore questions if you need futher clarification @To_paul

In his post @Durojaiyeolaunde1 the garri or Eba is the strong white stuff that you see and the other dark yellowish substance is the soup.

By the way like he said it is usually different across Nigeria

in my country the soup has a lot of water, which is why I asked @Austinelewex

Hahahaha @To_paul I understand both of the pictures looks strong and solid. :joy:  :joy:

I don’t know why his own soup is that strong without moisture.

Maybe he likes it like that.

But the white strong stuff is the Eba and the other the strong soup.

@Durojaiyeolaunde1 why is the soup so strong without moisture?

Likewise here @To_paul . It has lots of water here in Nigeria. That is why it is called soup. I still not understand why his own is that strong.
