Eating typical mexican food, Part I: Tacos

This post is the first part of the series: Eating typical mexican food, created to recommend restaurants in the Mexico City (CDMX) to eat typical mexican food ensuring a good place focusing:

  1. Typical & Taste: The way of preapare the food is the typical mexican food with the wanted taste.

  2. Quality: The probabilty to get food poisen will be very low.

The part I is about tacos; I think they are the most famous mexican food so they don’t need an introduction, but of course exist many types and variants arround the mexican region, one the most popupal and typical across the central area of the country “Tacos de Suadero” :

Suadero is a thin cut of meat from the intermediate part of the cow or pork between the belly and the leg and is noted for having a smooth texture rather than a muscle grain.

The recommended place Los cocuyos , located in the Mexico City downtown from a 5 minutes walk from very turistic places like Palacio de Bellas Artes and Torre Latinoaméricana becoming a great option to eat the same day you are visiting this amazing places.

Note: All the pics was taken by me.
