I am a Gambian and I have a strong love for Nigerian food and it’s the closest substitute to my home country food.
Swallow is a common meal eating by a lot of African particularly Nigerians and its name was derived from the eating process “to swallow”
To my fellow African brothers and sisters and frequent travellers to Africa on Local Guides Connect, how do you feel when an African eat swallow with a spoon or fork instead of using their hand and knowing that eating with your hand is the norm.
