Im Chilean and lived in santiago for almost 22 years. Ive found out its a VERY good place to eat. From the world known snacks/streets “sopaipillas” made of deepfried pumpkin dough to the also Well know kind of lovely food “Burgers”, i think we make the best on each dish.
I think Santiago its a fantastic place to visit because of many reasons. We have direct contact with the great countries of the world right? That gives us the oportunity to incorporate their food and transform it a little bit. We have good sushi, of which i have made several reviews, burgers too.
Im good eater, I cook so i like to give fair opinions… good and bad points in every food i taste. Im ussualy review burgers, LOVING IT! and i know a lot of them. But certanly im always finding new places to eat, sushi, burgers, dishes, meat and goes on. Next to it i always like to give recomendations of dishes choices and hows the place are: if are clean, fast, good or so good. I love to write about food and also about places to visit when you are eating or next to it.
