Sometimes, after thinking outside the box, you may decide to go beyond eating a “square meal” to prepare a well “rounded meal”.
I was inspired to gather this recipe
1 Broccoli
2 Cauliflower
3 Carrot
4 Tomatoes
5 Onions
6 Eggs
7 Spagheti
Cut the broccoli chop the cauliflower, grate the carrot, dice the tomatoes and then slice the onions and set them aside.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower to make a sumptous sauce by frying it in a hot vegetable oil with low heat. Boil the spagheti for 10 minutes and drain.
Then dish the boiled spagheti in a platter and garnish with the remaining vegetables and fried egg sauce.
