Eat vegan in Parma

I’m Roberta and I’ m vegan! I have been living in parma for two years and for the Vegan people it’s to hard to find a typical dische without meat and cheese!

I hope to help you with my itinerary in finding an alternative culinary journey!

Ciao @Rollyrubber , thank you so much for your post!

I am vegetarian trying to be vegan…or maybe after my moving to Parma I should call myself flexitarian, it is indeed challenging to find vegan options when eating out and since I avoid wasting food above all I find myself in tricky situations sometimes. I will use your suggestions this month! Thank you very much
