The location of El Mirador Restaurant offers excellent views of the Huentitán National Park and the Santiago River. It has a design of several terraces, all with views of the ravine. It specializes in fish and seafood, cooked in the Nayarit style. In our case, we feasted on a light seafood salad served on a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges, slices of red onion, cucumber and avocado decorated with orange slices. The tasting was intensified by listening to live music by a northern group and admiring the spectacular view of the hills and the river at the bottom of the ravine. It’s a nice “high-altitude tasting” experience.

Thank you for sharing this amazing video and photo with us, the meal looks delicious and the view from the restaurant simply breath taking! I guess, this is what they call having a lunch or dinner with a view!
Was this your first time in this place? How far is this area from the closest inhabited city or village? Is this restaurant specialized only in sea food or it offers a variety of other things?

Vi la foto en tu post y casi salivé con el plato que muestras, se ve muy bien. La próxima vez que vaya a Guadalajara trataré de visitar el lugar. 
También pienso que sería muy bueno si pudieras editar tu post y agregaras el link de Google Maps que corresponde al restaurante y también a la Barranca de Huentitán, pues esto ayudará a otros Local Guides a ubicar exactamente el lugar donde se encuentran ambos sitios. Sobre todo porque esta publicación la han visto y la verán muchos lectores de otros paises y es una excelente manera de mostrar esos lugares increíbles que tiene nuestro país.

Gracias por tus agradables y acertados comentarios. Me dí a la tarea de edición del escrito incluyendo las ligas de Google Maps de ambos lugares, el restaurante y el parque nacional, espero haberlo hecho de manera correcta.

Claro @JuanAudelo2024 , esos links ayudarán a que los LG que lean tu publicación obtengan mayores referencias de los lugares que mencionas. De hecho cuando redactas tu texto puedes seleccionar una o varias palabras del mismo y después dar click en el icono de cadena. Eso te permite generar un hiperlink donde colocas la dirección a donde deseas que lleve esa palabra o porción de texto.

I tell you that it was the first visit to the restaurant that basically offers seafood. It is located in the urban area of the city of Guadalajara. Cheers.
