Easy to cook Recipes

Spongy Rasgula

Hey, this side Navtej and today I’m here to tell you about one the simplest sweet one can make at home. So, without wasting your much time let’s start the receipe.

Just take a big piece of near about 200 gm of Cottage chese (paneer) and then need ( goondna) it for approximately 10 minutes . When you feel like that it have breakdown into smaller particles and there is no such big particles which will later cause any lumpse, further you’ll make a.small sized circles from that (mark that circles must be small in size and there might be very small crack in it otherwise if there is big cracks it will spread out in sweet water) then pour 2 big cups around 200 gm of sugar in 2 glass of boiling water to make a sugar syrup and when you find that sugar have completely dissolved in the water then put the round uncooked rasgulas to the boiling sugar syrup and cook it for nearly 30 minutes . Later on , let that dish to be cool down and that set guys it is ready to eat you can take out your spoon and enjoy your after dinner sweet cravings by staying at your home. #staysafe #staysweet

@Navtej good.Thanks for sharing.

Wow that sounds so delicious! My go-to dessert is freezing bananas, then blending them up to make a simple ‘banana ice cream’ (peel before freezing).

Thanks @Ajaypalsagar brother
