"Easter Deviled Eggs"

Last year, I was home for Easter. Sadly, this year’s Easter, I cannot travel due to border lockdowns.

I made this yummy deviled eggs on last year’s Easter…

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Canned beets
  • cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • Parsley

How to make it:

  1. Fill a bowl with water and beets juice.
  2. Soak whole peeled boiled eggs in the mixture of water and beets juice and leave it overnight or for a few hours in the fridge.
  3. When you are ready to make the deviled eggs, cut the eggwhite carefully in half and scoop the eggyolk out without breaking the eggwhite. Place the eggyolks in a separate bowl.
  4. Mash the eggyolks, mix in the mayonnaise, grated cheese, a bit of salt and pepper…
  5. Fill the hollow of the eggwhites with the eggyolk mix and garnish with Parsley or any herbs you prefer for garnishing…Enjoy…

HAPPY EASTER everyone…
