Daegu Earth Day is a meaningful and rewarding activity, within a series of Daegu cultural events that runs from April 26 to May 9, 2019.
Participating in the event, you will learn about environmental protection activities, saving natural resources and especially being guided to make art products from recycled materials.
Central streets will be blocked, to establish information counters on Earth Day. People are encouraged to use public transport or walking to the event, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the environment.
The booths that sell and guide the making of art products from recycled materials are diverse and colorful.
Parents also bring their children to the event, which is a very good form of education for future generations.
