Tacloban City LTO in the morning. Tacloban city is not only a city known for it accessibility but also for its strong past of overcoming great struggles. If you’ve heard of Typhoon Haiyan that hit on 2013 then we are all survivors of that. Therefore, all Taclobanons are connected in experience.
