I’m absolutely thrilled to share with you a new Google tool I had early access to: Road Mapper
I have been disturbed lately that whenever I suggest the use of Google Maps to people around me they complain about the inaccuracies they encountered. Like the poor navigation, inaccurate ETA, poor route selection and so on. I myself have had a first hand experience on poor navigation which lead me into a dead end road which the navigator on maps was still insisting I go ahead.
Thanks to the new tool unlocked for me, I can now identify road, draw, and also edit them whereby impacting millions of users and improving reliability on Google Maps.
Thanks for your post @Nuhuu . I’ve been doing some Road Mapping for several months now and done 38kms of roads. I do when I have some spare time. Enjoy it.
That is an interesting thing to know and thank you for your contributions. I guess i could use some tips from you then? I believe together we can achieve more.
I look forward to contributing as much as I can, I have already contributed about 50km across the globe awaiting approval. I know there could be some mistakes, but I look forward to learning from them.
