There’s nothing quite like a homemade Italian pasta with frutti di mare. I absolutely adore this dish and how could I not, it’s simply perfect. I’ve never tried in in Milan though, so here’s something that I will be looking for in the near future.

I’ve never been to Napoli. But I hope in a close future I’ll have a chance and will try this frutti di mare pasta.
During my last visit to Italy, I went to Milan. There we found a place, visited exclusively by locals - Miscusi. In this restaurant, they make the pasta in place. It was the best I’ve tried so far.

Scialatielli è il termine campano usato per indicare un formato di pasta frescache deriva dall’unione di due parole dialettali: “scialare” (godere) e “tiella” (padella o tegame, a questo proposito si vedano altre ricette di tiella).
