duda reseña borrada

Buenas tardes.

Espero vuestra respuesta. Gracias

Hello @Mariadelao
I do not find any of your review becoming private.
It appears you are seeking clarification before writing further reviews.

A review becomes private when someone flags that, or the AI determines that as inappropriate. An annulment doesn’t happen.
From some previous communications in this forum, it appears that the use of shoptalk/objectionable words or derogatory or statements do make reviews private.

Nevertheless, even negative reviews continue to be there in public when these describe someone’s experience, impartially.

Hello @Mariadelao ,

Google receives an immense amount of edits and additions to the map daily. Much of it is malicious attempts to manipulate the map, such as fake reviews, and thus Google must depend on automated filtering to attempt to keep bad data off the map.

The filters for reviews are quite good and largely let all the proper reviews through and stop the bad ones, but there will be some false positives. Since most of the filtered reviews are spam, Google does not provide support for such filtering and it would provide the spammers with information for avoiding the filters.

What we can advise you is to read all the pages at https://support.google.com/contributionpolicy/answer/7422880 to ensure you understand what Google is seeking. In general, reviews should focus specifically on your experience(s) there as a customer and not talk in general. Look your review over and make sure it’s written in standard formatting that they would have taught you for writing paragraphs in school. Also make sure there are no special characters such as ( ) & * + etc. Also look for any “naughty” words, even if they are mild. Changing any of these things might cause your edit to publish.
