  1. When we visit a restaurant it’s not about the food which we eat it also about area and facilities that restaurant management provide
  2. Is it having emergency exit?
  3. Is parking lot available?
  4. How clean is washrooms and restrooms.?
  5. Is staff behavior is up-to the mark?
  6. How is the place kept attractive or dull?
  7. Check out the kitchen area if u have time talk to the person ?

Hey, @Shashi9398 Great article here. I do believe that what attracts people to a place is definately it’s food however, what sustains a place is dependent on many factors, some of which you have mentioned here. While restuarants/eating joints continuously strive to improve their features and work but many of them do not dwell on these facts.
