Drink fácil de fazer, sem álcool…

Ingredientes:

Água com gás gelada, limão fatiado e xarope de groselha de garrafa.

I drink water for my skin health, else, I won’t drink water much too. What I go the extra mile to do these days nis to drink water that has gas bubbled through it. It gives me the impression I am taking a drink. I love drinks especially when they are chilled.

If I am having a Berry drink, I want a fusion of berries.

This is definitely a fruit that I can easily have in my region.

Even the ancient Romans knew the benefits of ribes nigrum, and in fact it is considered a Super Food for their nutritional power of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
