In the beginning Connect Live 2019
In April when l I filled out an application for participation, I thought that I had a very tiny chance to have luck. I imagined how this event would be held, which participants would attend it. I thought it would be great to meet all these wonderful people in another part of the world.
I had only great hope and desire to glance Google “from the inside”, to see those who, like me, also make information more accessible and help navigate in our large megacities.
When I received the letter “You are in” I was stunned! This incredible feeling of joy swept a wave through my body! I read the letter, again and again, realizing that this was not a joke.
After the ConnectLive 2019
I want to thank @Anonymoususer1 for the fact that among thousands of applicants I was entrusted with the honor of attending this conference. Many thanks to @TraciCand @brittym as well as to everyone who participated in organizing this event! This is a huge job, an incredible responsibility that fell on your shoulders and with which you coped well.
It so happened that I was a bit late for the start of the conference, but my incredible #TeamUkraine @gandrabur_chik , @OlgaHawylec , @anyaamorimV kept me in touch!
When I got to the conference room I was stunned: there are so many people and this is really the moment that I have been waiting for several months! It was fabulous and very much like a fairy tale! I was very warmly welcomed and it seemed that we had known each other for many years @LuigiZ , @OSAMA , @ermest @OmerAli @Ameyali_Mx , @AlejandraMarĂa

Also many thanks to everyone who brought a piece of their country from different parts of the World! These souvenirs are like a kaleidoscope that unites us into a large family of Local Guides. And of course, a splendid and completely unexpected gift is Pixel 3XL ? and socks?! Each Local Guides will be able to improve their photos using this amazing phone !!
Many thanks for the sessions that we had the opportunity to listen to, as well as for the opportunity to directly ask all the questions that were important to us. Answers to them will help to improve our contributions, and in turn, will affect the quality of the information that each user of the Google Maps uses.
These days passed like an instant! Only photos with my new friends such as @PaulPavlinovich , @PennyChristie @JanVanHaver @KarenVChin @Dreamcatcherka @EmekaUlor @AlexandreCampbell @TorM remind me that this is not a dream. I am infinitely grateful to all the participants and organizers for this fairy tale, and for the fact that I was able to get into it.
