Double yokes Egg Breakfast-Liberia

As you all know,I get to move around alot in West Africa and that of course helps my contributions on Google maps. As local guides we get to know learn and share what we discover on our travels. We get to help maps users and help ourselves.

A double yoke egg for my breakfast today

This is my first time to have an omelette for breakfast and the egg had 2 yokes in it !!! Has anyone ever had such an egg?

I felt like this is a tropical thing, but am not just quite sure. I’ll like to hrar from other local guides from all over what they think or if you’ve seen such in your travels.

Hello dear friend @SholaIB
I have seen omlettes in Star Hotels and friends houses…as pure vegetarians, we don’t use eggs…
Your photo looks impressive and believe that many of the LGs will like it…
Best wishes

What an interesting and delightful experience to start your day with a double-yolk egg! Double yolks are relatively uncommon

Yes definitely I will share pics

This is amazing @SholaIB . In all my years of making my egg I have never see double yoke in one egg.

Did you bother to ask locals if it is a regular occurrence?

Well @MrFreez

I certainly had it for breakfast but seeing you mentioned it. I’ll ask the locals and see what they say.

Thank you for commenting
